About me
🌱 Do you feel overwhelmed by difficult emotions, unsure how to move forward? Perhaps you’ve learned to push away painful thoughts just to get through the day. When life feels like an uphill struggle, it can be hard to know who to turn to—or whether your experiences even ‘count’ as trauma.
Maybe you’ve experienced trauma—whether in childhood or adulthood—and only now are beginning to realise how deeply it affects you. You might question whether you're truly coping, or wonder why certain patterns keep repeating in your life.
If you’ve found yourself here, you might be wondering whether change is possible—or what healing could even look like for you. Therapy offers a space to explore this at your own pace, without pressure or expectation.
Together, we can explore the parts of yourself that may not have been given space to be heard. My approach is about more than just managing symptoms—it’s about reconnecting with your true self and learning to trust your inner voice.
Healing isn’t just about surviving—it’s about reclaiming your life. At your own pace, we’ll gently explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, helping you move toward meaningful change and wholeness.
