About me

Working online

I am a qualified, accredited, Humanistic counsellor. Humanistic Counselling takes a holistic approach, focusing on the uniqueness of an individual. It aims to explore a person’s whole life experience, combining the past, present, and future.

My aim is to facilitate an environment for growth and self-exploration. A place where you can feel safe and understood. A place where you can find your own personal power through sharing your unique experiences and be heard, maybe for the first time in your life. Counselling can be an uncomfortable experience, especially in today’s society where we are not used to being open. However, I believe that whatever makes you uncomfortable is your biggest opportunity for growth.

I am an experienced counsellor, offering sessions during the day or evening. I work with all age groups.

I am a registered member of the National Counselling Society (NCS) and abide by their ethical framework. Having a wide knowledge of differing approaches allows me to adapt, to suit the unique needs of each client.

Training, qualifications & experience

  • MA Psychotherapy and Counselling - Regents University
  • BA (Hons) Humanistic Counselling Practice – University of Nottingham (First Class Degree)
