About me
Have you been struggling with how you feel? Maybe it is anxiety, depression, or a general emptiness in life. Would you like to better understand what is driving these feelings? Do you need the opportunity to be listened to, understood, and heard? Unfortunately we rarely get this in our lives, however counselling can provide this. Counselling creates a safe space where you will be able to share with me what is happening in your life. I can offer you a compassionate, attuned, and sensitive relationship where we can bring awareness to the source of these feelings. Through this awareness, understanding and acceptance, change happens.
As an experienced counsellor I provide a confidential, non-judgemental space where we can explore the issues that are causing you distress in your life. I work as an integrative counsellor using approaches such as person-centred, and mindfulness to provide you with the support, and understanding needed to allow you to address your issues.
