I work with Families, Couples and Individuals with whatever the issues that maybe preventing them from leading the life they desire.
I offer a safe confidential space for you, your family and/or your partner to receive confidential empathic support to get your relationship(s) back on track.
My core foundation is Person Centred and on this I have added, an Advanced Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy from Warwick University. and offer CBT therapy for clients requiring a more structured way of working.
I also trained at Harrow College gaining a certificate in Family and Coupes work in Person Centred Approach.

I am a accredited Adoption Counsellor linked to Barnardo's so I can offer this service to individuals in the community.
I live in the beautiful village of Irby-Upon-Humber located in the Lincolnshire Wolds, just 9 miles outside Grimsby and Cleethorpes. I offer a safe confidential counselling environment to individuals, couples and families.

MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
