About me
Hello, my name is Louise.
I am a holistic therapist who works with Children and Adults who are neurodivergent and neurotypical with 14 years of experience.
I work in a very calm and relaxing environment, tailoring all of your therapy needs.
I offer Psychotherapeutic Counselling, Hypnotherapy, Reiki, and Mindfulness.
Training, qualifications & experience
- I have 2 and a half years of experience working in CAMHS.
- I trained in Aston University under Chrysilis for 3 years.
- For over 6 years, I have ran my own independent private practice specialising in trauma, complex grief, bereavement, anxiety and depression, fear and panic, helping clients find a path forward when things feel overwhelmingly heavy.
- I do CPD training every other month to keep up my professional standards.
- I have experience with ADHD and Autism being a mother of 2 autistic children. I now offer lots of guidance and support within charities.
- I have trained under the Oliver McGowan program, which led me to train NHS staff on how to approach families with additional needs.
