About me
Hello. My name is Louise.
I am a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, Hypnotherapist and a Mindfulness Coach offering compassionate, integrated care tailored to you.
I work with those navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, bereavement, and addictions with a Integrative, Psychodynamic, Person-Centred approach.
How I Work:
My practice blends the practical, goal-oriented support of traditional counselling with the deep, reflective insights of psychotherapy. This means we can address immediate, everyday stresses while also gently exploring long-standing emotional wounds, relationship dynamics, or unresolved trauma. I tailor my approach to your unique pace and needs, ensuring you feel heard and supported throughout your therapeutic journey.
I also support both neurodivergent and neurotypical children and adults — including those with autism, ADHD, and sensory difficulties with 14 years experience.
Sessions are held in a calm, safe, non-judgmental and relaxing environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings.
I am available face-to-face and online to suit what works best for you.
I am also a massage therapist, reiki practitioner and body sculpture, offering truly holistic care that nurture your whole self.
