About me
" Anna is a very amazing person with a very special gift. " Paul C
I feel passionate supporting busy professionals, who are struggling with stress, burnout, personal crisis, to find inner calm and confidence, so that they can thrive professionally and in their relationships.
About the therapy:
My approach is to listen whilst creating a warm and friendly space. Therapy gives us a safe space to reflect, feel and have life changing realizations. In my work I combine different modalities such as CBT, DBT, Transactional Analysis, Mindfulness, Family Constellation and Breathwork. I offer simple yet powerful tools to reduce anxiety.
My main priority is to maintain an ethical practice, to keep a non- judgemental attitude towards my clients as well as to always stay open to expand my learning. If you would like to find out more about how I can help, please get in touch and I will be happy to help.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).
Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.
Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.
All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

About me:
In addition to counselling, I'm a wife, a mum, a stepmom, a sister, a friend - amongst other things. I have been fascinated about the human mind all my life and after discovering a book by Eric Berne I became determined to use Transactional Analysis method in order to help others.
After years of learning about others, about myself and about the colourful dynamics between people I started working as a counsellor at Change Grow Live. Here I had the pleasure of deepening my knowledge further on addiction. I am greatly thankful to my clients who shared their life journeys with me, who taught me what it was really like to suffer from addiction and the constant self-hatred that goes with it most cases. At the same time working for CGL, I had a counsellor job with the YMCA, where I worked with troubled teenagers. Here I learned a lot about the bullying that goes on in schools, the danger in the use of social media and I began educating families on how to keep their beloved teenagers safe and happy.
