Tracy Latham (MBACP)
Walton On The Hill
I recognise that when we are struggling it can be difficult to reach out for help even though we may feel very alone. I am a qualified compassionate, collaborative and creative counsellor and offer individual and couples counselling. I provide a confidential, non-judgemental space for you to express and explore what is happening in your life. This may help you come to a deeper understanding of yourself, your feelings and your relationships and enable you to make more informed choices, as well as providing you with support. I believe that our emotional and mental health play an important but often under emphasised role in promoting a sense of well being. So please do get in contact by telephone or email if you would like to explore the possibility of working together. We can then arrange a time for an initial consultation. At the end of this we can decide whether further sessions with me are likely to be helpful for you at this time.
