About me
Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, or feeling overwhelmed by loneliness and unworthiness? You might feel weighed down by persistent feelings of inadequacy, or you may be navigating grief, life transitions, or a sense of disconnection in your relationships. Perhaps you’ve experienced complex trauma or deep-rooted emotional pain and feel stuck in patterns like self-doubt, people-pleasing, or perfectionism. If previous therapy left you longing for deeper change, I can help you heal the root causes of your struggles and empower you to build a life of confidence, connection, and self-worth.
As a Clinical Psychologist and ISST Certified Advanced Schema Therapist, I specialize in helping individuals with anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, and trauma. Using evidence-based approaches like CBT and Schema Therapy, I provide practical tools to manage daily challenges while addressing deep-rooted patterns for lasting change.
I know how hard it can be to take the first step and reach out to a psychologist. Confronting the patterns that leave us feeling overwhelmed takes real courage, and it’s normal to feel unsure or vulnerable. I’m here to support you with understanding and care. You’re welcome to request a free 15-minute consultation to see if we’re the right fit.
