About me

Hello - Welcome to Blossom tree Therapy.  I am an Integrative Therapist and I specialise in Eating Disorders and Bereavement, I enjoy working with clients of all ages and from a wide range of issues. I work from my home; this is a comfortable place where I hope you will feel safe. I enjoy being able to support people through difficult times in their lives and see them make real progress. I've had some tough times in my own life so I have experience of how hard and lonely it can be when you try to work through things on your own. That's why I treat everyone I work with as an individual, tailoring a course and style of therapy to suit your needs, providing you with the right environment and support to explore and work through whatever your particular issue is, and we'll do it at your pace, together.

I know how desperate it can feel to be out of control, but also know how wonderful life can be on the other side of therapy.

Training, qualifications & experience

  • Post Graduate Diploma in MSc Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy
  • Post Graduate Certificate in MSc Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy
  • Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling
  • Counselling Skills and Theory
  • Professional Diploma in Integrative Counselling
  • Diploma Counselling Children and Adolescents
  • Diploma in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy
  • Counselling Skills for Pastoral Care
  • Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills

Through my Counselling Training I have been able to take the best elements of well-known counselling and psychotherapy models and put them together in a tried and tested approach - this is called psychotherapeutic counselling. This allows me to work with individuals with a wide range of problems, whilst it helps you develop your own self-knowledge and understanding.

I have experience of working with eating disorders, anxiety, stress, depression, bereavement and self-esteem.
