About me
I’m an integrative counsellor offering support to people of all ages, working with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, and difficulties in relationships—both with others and with yourself.
I work from my home, a calm and comfortable space where my hope is that you feel safe, welcomed, and able to be yourself.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients as they gain a deeper understanding of who they are and make meaningful changes in their lives. Witnessing this growth is something I feel genuinely passionate about.
I see every person I work with as an individual. Together, we’ll shape a style and pace of therapy that feels right for you. My role is to provide the right environment, support, and guidance as you explore whatever is happening in your life—and we’ll do it gently, collaboratively, and at your pace.
I know how desperate it can feel to be out of control, but also know how wonderful life can be on the other side of therapy.
