About me

I provide a safe non judgemental space where I focus on you the individual, and tailor my approach to suit each client. I believe that everybody has the right to be heard and should be given that time and space for personal growth and development. I have an integrative approach to counselling, using Person Centred, Existential, Gestalt, CBT and Psychodynamic techniques. I have worked with clients of all ages from children to adults. I work creatively with children helping them to explore feelings through art and play.

Specialist areas are: bereavement and trauma, low self esteem, confidence issues, anger management.

I have experience with, anxiety, depression, relationships, suicidal ideation, bullying, redundancy, stress, self harm, emotional abuse, financial constraints, eating disorders.
