About me

"ONLY CURRENTLY TAKING ON CLIENTS FOR CLINICAL SUPERVISION OR PERSONAL THERAPY FOR TRAINED PSYCHOTHERAPISTS, PSYCHOLOGISTS, COUNSELLORS AND MENTAL HEALTH WORKERS."

Hi my name is Sara and after over 20 years of working in Severe and Acute Adult Mental Heath services I have been led to a model which I believe has the potential to change people's relationships. The Open Dialogue model offers a space in which people are truly heard and validated, where all voices have an equal space to both speak and be heard, a space in which we come together as human beings trying to understand each others experiences. There is no judgement or blame, only validation and reflections and exploration, there is no hierarchy only transparency, authenticity, and human connections. I genuinely believe in this model and want to share it with every family willing to take the journey. Embarking on family therapy is a brave and courageous act and the Open Dialogue model provides a safe, containing place to hold you throughout the journey.
