Dr Samina has provided online counselling and psychotherapy to individuals and couples in the UK and internationally from the comfort of their own home. In light of the government announcement on stricter COVID-19 restrictions, we have moved all sessions to online platforms. This allows our clients to remain in the safety of their own home without having to suspend or end their treatment. We aim to provide safe confidential psychological therapies to our clients during this time.
Benefits of Online Psychotherapy
Research has shown online psychotherapy to be just as effective as individual psychotherapy. The internet makes mental health treatment more accessible for people with busy lives, physical limitations and gives anyone the opportunity to access treatment from anywhere in the world. Online sessions can create a consistent anchor in your life amongst the ebbs and flow of life.
