Dr Samina London Counselling Psychology Clinic offers confidential and supportive therapy sessions remotely, providing a safe space for individuals dealing with wide range of psychological and emotional challenges. Dr Samina is a highly specialist counselling psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professionals council (HCPC) and the British Psychological Society (BPS). Her areas of expertise lie in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of complex PTSD, trauma, depression and anxiety disorders, self-confidence, low self-esteem and relationship issues. She has over 10 years clinical experience within the NHS and private practice including the Priory in London Harley Street. Her integrative method will help you identify blocks and subconscious programming that are holding you back so that you can heal and shift into a more magnetic state and live your life with greater ease. Dr Samina works safely and deeply with clients and is powerfully equipped to help you get to the root of the problem so that you can make lasting changes as quickly as possible.

Dr Samina is an integrative counselling psychologist, she has helped individuals and couples with a wide range of difficulties including:

Anxiety, career and work-related issues, generalised anxiety disorder, social anxiety, depression, sadness, phobias and fears, bereavement and loss, panic disorders, OCD, trauma and PTSD, relationship issues, health issues, psychosexual issues, identity issues, low self-esteem, anger management and personality disorders. As an integrative counselling psychologist, Dr Samina uses a range of models; Psychodynamic, Person-Centred therapy, Systemic and Relational, Cognitive Behavioural therapies (CBT) including third-wave CBT such as mindfulness and Compassion Focused therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy and Dialectical Behavioural therapy. She has additional training in Solution-Focused therapy, Emotional Freedom therapy, Gestalt therapy, substance misuse, self-harm and suicide management. Dr Samina also has specialist knowledge and experience of working with people with complex PTSD, trauma, self-confidence and low self-esteem, recurrent depression and anxiety, relationship issues, identity and LGBT issues and concerns.

Dr Samina has extensive experience of offering therapy for psychological difficulties and personal development to clients in the NHS and private practice. She holds a DPsych in Counselling Psychology, an MSc in Counselling Psychology, an MSc in Health Psychology, a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Low intensity CBT and EFT. Dr Samina graduated from City University London with a Professional Doctorate in Counselling Psychology. She holds professional membership with the Health and Care Professionals council (HCPC) and the British Psychological Society (BPS) and prides herself as a highly ethically bound practitioner.
