About me
You may be seeking counselling for a specific issue in your life or you may be feeling that things aren't quite right. Sometimes, we just need the space and time to explore our thoughts, feelings and problems. As a fully accredited Person-Centred Counsellor, I aim to provide a safe, supportive environment in which you will have the opportunity to explore and reflect on your challenges and experiences and how they impact your life. I will work with you to help you understand yourself better and support your personal development. I have experience of helping clients with a range of issues including stress and anxiety, loss and bereavement. I also have additional training in working with intimacy and relationship issues (including relational diversity). Additionally, I have undergone Complex Trauma Training (CCTP-ii).
I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without judgement.
