About me
Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck or trying to make sense of what’s going on for you? You may have a sense that things don’t quite fit, or that you are carrying more than others realise. Taking time to explore your thoughts, emotions and experiences can be a first step towards understanding and change.
I offer a calm, supportive space in South Birmingham and online, where you can reflect at your own pace. This is a space where you don’t need to mask, perform or explain yourself in ways that don’t feel natural to you.
I have a particular focus on working with Autistic, ADHD and neurodivergent adults, including those who are late-diagnosed, self-identified or exploring whether they might be neurodivergent. I often work with clients experiencing burnout, overwhelm, shutdown or the impact of long-term masking. As a late-diagnosed Autistic and Dyslexic therapist, I bring both professional training and lived experience to this work.
Alongside this, I support clients with anxiety, low mood, stress, grief, self-esteem and relationship challenges. I also have specialist training in GSRD (Gender, Sexual and Relational Diversity) and offer an LGBTQIA+ affirming space.
I have completed additional training in complex trauma and support individuals working through its impact.
I work from a person-centred foundation, focusing on your needs and goals. I also take an integrative approach, using a variety of tools and techniques where appropriate.
