About me

Are you feeling overwhelmed by specific challenges, or perhaps something doesn’t quite feel right? Taking the time to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences can be the first step towards understanding and change.

I offer a safe, supportive space, both in South Birmingham and online, where you can reflect on what’s going on for you and gain a deeper understanding of yourself.

With experience in supporting clients through depression, anxiety, stress, grief, and loss, as well as low mood and self-esteem, I’m here to help you work through the challenges you're facing.

I have specialised training in intimacy and relationship issues, including GSRD (Gender, Sexual, and Relational Diversity), and am equipped to help you with a wide range of personal struggles.

In addition, I hold Complex Trauma Training (CCTP-ii) and am experienced in supporting individuals working through complex trauma.

As a late-diagnosed Autistic and Dyslexic individual, I deeply understand the importance of finding a space where you feel heard, respected, and validated. I regularly work with Autistic, ADHD, and Neurodivergent individuals in an affirming, inclusive way. I am fully trained and inclusive of LGBTQIA+ identities.

I work from a person-centred foundation, focusing on your needs and goals. I also take an integrative approach, using a variety of tools and techniques where appropriate. This allows me to provide flexible, effective support that's tailored to you.

If you're ready to take the next step or simply want to learn more, please feel free to reach out.
