About me

I have over 16 years of experience in the NHS as a senior Clinical Psychologist and in private practice.

I have extensive experience working with mild to complex presentations including depression, anxiety, panic, grief, trauma, low self-esteem and life transitions.

I specialist in trauma and grief work, often working on the impact of early attachment and childhood experiences as well as later experiences that have had big impacts on your sense of yourself and the world. 

Particular specialism in Perinatal mental health and fertility and the experience of early parenthood.
