About me

I'm an experienced Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and Counsellor working with adults and young people with issues such as anxiety and depression, relationship problems, bereavement and loss, trauma and low self-esteem, addictions and anger.

I provide a genuine empathic space in a confidential environment with no judgement, where you can talk and explore the challenges that is affecting your thoughts, feelings and influencing your behaviour.

As a Therapist, I help you with making sense of the issues that is interfering in your daily life, making choices of what is right for you and changes for your personal wellbeing.

It can be overwhelming to go and talk about your problems with a counsellor. You might be feeling unease about how to start your conversation.

I will be here to walk you through this process and together we will set up a treatment plan to help you gradually challenge your triggers and overcome your symptoms.

Please contact me by using the introductory booking page here, by telephone on 07405 124983 or email to arrange the first appointment.
