About me
Now available to offer Somatic Body Psychotherapy experience and Supervision for practitioners!
I am experienced in online counselling ( phone, FaceTime, Zoom etc).
Have you heard of Body-Psychotherapy, a unique form of therapy that gives clients results in a short period of time?
The key strength of this kind of therapy is that it bypasses the 'story' of traditional 'Talking therapies' and works somatically by discharging blocked energy ( consciousness) that client hold in the body!.
I can support (evidence-based) with stress, anxiety and any relational issues that you may be facing. I take a mind-body-spirit approach with my clients, integrating traditional talking therapies with somatic and bodywork. I believe this holistic model of therapy is more effective than traditional models and leads to better results in a shorter period. I help clients unpack the past into sessions and re-experience it in the present in order to heal and enjoy life to its full potential.
My specialities are Anxiety, PTSD, Depression, ADHD and Relational issues.
I focus on CBT, Life-Coaching, Psychodynamic, Person-centred, and Internal Family system theories with my clients which has evolved over the years. I also utilise a Body Psychotherapy approach which applies basic principles of Somatic psychology, therefore I help clients integrate their mind and body, restoring the wholeness of personality. I have been through therapy myself as well as practising/learning different theories in training and various workshops and my development is ongoing.
Are you struggling in life? Have you worked on yourself in conventional therapy but are seeking a holistic treatment that enables you to dig deeper into your psyche or integrate your spiritual journey into everyday life? Is trauma, anxiety, depression, or low self-esteem making it hard to cope with life’s problems and reach your full potential? Are you in recovery but finding it hard to connect with your higher self? Do you and your partner constantly fight or have problems relating to each other? Are you considering seeing a therapist to help you better understand why you think and behave the way you do?
I take a mind-body-spirit approach with my clients, integrating traditional talking therapies with somatic and bodywork. I believe this holistic model of therapy is more effective than traditional models and leads to better results in a shorter period.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
