I am a fully qualified counsellor based in Central London and Kingston Upon Thames. I have been working in this field for 10 years. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy [MBACP] and I work within the BACP Framework and Good Practice. Through 9 years I have worked with many different people [over 18 only] and believe that different clients have different needs so therefore I work in a way that best suits my clients and offer an Integrative approach to counselling.
I also believe that what is going for person at present is linked to his/her past. I help client to bring the past into a session and re-experiences it in the present in order to heal and be able to enjoy life to its full potential.
Also offering Group therapy for range of issues such as: Depression and Anxiety, Addiction, Bereavement, Abuse etc.
I focus on Psychodynamic, Person-centred and Existential-Transpersonal theories and this model of work that I use with clients has evolved as I went through therapy myself as well as practising/learning different theories in classes and work placement.
I specialise in areas of addiction, abuse, bereavement, depression and anxiety, inner child work and existential life questions [exploring the deeper meaning of life] but also offer help in other areas. I offer brief interventions as well as long-term work and offer counselling in three different languages: English, Russian and Serbian.
