About me

I am experienced in online counselling ( phone, FaceTime, Zoom etc). Reduced rates offered to NHS staff in these times of uncertainty.

I am a qualified counsellor based in Central London, City of London and Kingston Upon Thames. Currently offering private counselling for over 10 years now, I have also worked with several charities, private practices and the NHS for over 7 years. I am also a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy [MBACP] and I work within the BACP Framework and Good Practice. Having worked with a diverse range of people over the years, I respect different individual needs, therefore I work in a way best suited to my clients offering an Integrative tailored approach.

I believe that a person's current situation is linked to his/her past. I help clients unpack the past into sessions and re-experience it in the present in order to heal and enjoy life to its full potential.

Group therapy also offered for range of issues such as: Depression and Anxiety, Addiction, Bereavement, PTSD, Abuse etc.

I focus on Psychodynamic, Person-centred, Existential-Transpersonal theories with my clients which has evolved over the years. I also utilise a Body Psychotherapy approach which applies basic principles of Somatic psychology. I have been through therapy myself as well as practising/learning different theories in training and work placement.

I specialise in areas of work related stress and anxiety, relationship issues, couples counselling,  abuse, bereavement, depression and anxiety, inner child work, existential life questions [exploring the deeper meaning of life] and Body Psychotherapy which particularly works well with child abuse issues and PTSD. I offer short-term as well as long-term counselling in languages: English, Russian, Serbian and Croatian.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a fully qualified Integrative counsellor and a member of the BACP and I work within BACP Framework for Good Practice.

I regularly attend CPD ( Continues Professional development ), seminars and workshops to expand my knowledge, skills and understanding as a counsellor.

I also offer training myself, CDP and workshops- tailored to organisation and groups needs.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
