About me

I'm Natalie, a fully qualified integrative therapist who works with adults, young people and children.

Everybody has the right to mental and emotional well-being. Sometimes life gets complicated though and we need a little help and guidance to find our way back to happiness.

That’s why I am passionate about counselling and dedicated to creating a safe space for you to rediscover your innate well-being, working through the challenges you’re facing right now.

I have a background of coaching and mentoring in my previous career as well as experience working with children, young people and adults in a local counselling agency, as a school counsellor and in private practice.

When you're ready to take the steps towards a fulfilled and happy life, I'm here to support you.

Feel free to connect with me via email or phone to start your journey.

Training, qualifications & experience

When we work together, our sessions are tailored to your unique needs and my experience will allow me to support you in whatever challenges you are facing right now.

Whilst our focus is on the present, I'm here to help you gently explore past experiences that may have shaped your current thoughts, emotions and actions.

I know the empowerment that comes from discovering your own answers so will always point you back to your inner wisdom.

There is never any judgement or any expectations, and we always work at a pace that is right for you. We will celebrate your own uniqueness and deepen the love and compassion you have for yourself.

You will enrich your self-awareness, understand your relationships from new perspectives and define your own personal boundaries.

This will help you keep you grounded as you navigate life’s ups and downs and give you the freedom to live the life you’ve always wanted.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).

Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.

Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.

All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
