About me

Hello, and welcome here.

Thank you for reading my profile. If you are struggling with something difficult in your life or relationships or if you simply want to live a more fulfilling life,I can help you. I will get alongside you, help you explore what’s troubling you, find your own strengths and a way through your current difficulty.

The pace and style of our work will depend on you and your current need. For some people, talk therapy yields insight. For others, visualisation, movement, and felt sense may help to go further. I have experience in working in these different ways to support clients to explore their experience and develop new strengths and relationship patterns.I provide a safe and confidential space, and genuine interest in you and the difficulty that you currently face.

I work with adults - individuals and couples (inc. same sex, different sex couples). I work in Sheffield and in north-west London.Drop me a line or call if you have any questions or to arrange a first session.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a Counsellor's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the Counsellor to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
