About me
As a compassionate integrative psychotherapist for children, adolescents, and adults, I employ the extensive knowledge and skills I've gathered over the years to support explorations and changes in the lives of those drawn to making personal shifts. I use a variety of ways to encourage explorations, and ultimately I will be led by you and your process.
I have experience working in schools and private organizations, offering high-quality therapeutic interventions, both long and short term. Together, we will determine the length of the intervention which is most suitable for you, with regular opportunities to review this. My focus will be on establishing a trusting and genuine therapeutic relationship, no matter the duration of our time together.
I offer sessions in nature that continue through all seasons and weather conditions. These sessions provide a chance for the exploration of emerging feelings, supported by both my guidance and the natural surroundings. Being immersed in nature can bring to light suppressed issues, offering a gateway to inner and outer awareness. The natural environment provides opportunities for a deeper examination of your relationship with yourself and others.
I offer services tailored to individuals from 11 years old to adults, designed to meet your unique needs. I often facilitate joint sessions for a parent and child or an adult with their partner, if it supports your personal progress. Furthermore, I provide support and strategies for parents, a contemplative space for professionals in therapeutic settings, and I am available to facilitate or co-facilitate various therapeutic groups.

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
