About me
Hi, I am Max (Qualified Person Centred Therapist) and I know from my own experience, that life can sometimes be a struggle. Events and experiences can leave us feeling lost, isolated or directionless. At such times, reaching out for help can feel very difficult and it is important that your search leads you to someone you feel you can trust. Counselling is an opportunity to explore thoughts and feelings,which might be affecting many different areas of your life. With careful and empathic listening, I endeavour to support you in finding your own way through what is often too complex and difficult to manage alone.
I offer one-to-one counselling in a supportive space where together we can explore both your past and present experiences. I understand how difficult it can be to make that first step. The counselling I provide is non-judgemental and confidential, I offer a calm place where we can work work collaboratively, to find solutions to your personal issues.
The way I work, which is non-directive, allows you, the client, to explore your concerns in a safe and accepting environment. Through this process, people can deepen their self awareness, feel more self-accepting and become more empowered in their lives
