About me

Hello, thank you for reading my profile and whatever brings you here, you are welcome.

Perhaps you are here if your life does not make sense to you, or your relationship to yourself or others is not easeful. You may have a feeling of "stuck-ness" or discomfort in an area of your life.  Whatever has moved you to pause here, whether tangible or less defined in nature can be explored within the relationship we will create together.

My main modality is Core Process Psychotherapy which is a Mindfulness-Based, integrative approach. I will listen to what you bring and help you to express parts of you that are known and unknown to you.  I am empathic, sensitive and accept you as you are.  The work is gently, with kindness in whatever arises in your immediate experience whether feelings, emotions thoughts, memories or images.

I work with adults (18+) of all different genders, ages and backgrounds.

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.

As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.

UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
