About me
As a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and Life Coach, I intuitively draw on my training and experience to support you. Whatever the issue, I will help you to change your life and transform your future.
I understand it’s not an easy process to begin with as talking about thoughts and feelings can feel uncomfortable or overwhelming. However, I can help you to gain a better understanding of yourself and the things that are troubling you. In no time at all you will feel more comfortable and better able to explore your thoughts and feelings and feel emboldened to make changes should that be what’s right for you.
You will improve your relationship with yourself by having a greater sense of awareness and empathy.
Whilst feelings of frustration or anger are a sign that something is not right in your life, it is in leaning in and allowing yourself to ask ‘what is this emotion telling me? that we begin to make sense of these emotions. Once we make sense and take appropriate action, then the feelings lose their power and our life become easier to manage.
I will teach you tools and techniques, where appropriate which you can use as your strategy to navigate life, day to day.

Sessions are 60 minutes of Coaching / Counselling and/or Integrated Therapy:
- Individual Session - £55.00
- Block of Four Sessions - £215.00
- Block of Six Sessions - £315.00
- Time Line Therapy™ Session - £120.00 (allow 2.5/3 hours)
Terms:
You may book as many sessions or blocks of sessions as you prefer, subject to availability. 24 hours’ notice of cancellation is required.
