About me
I'm an open-minded experienced therapist (psychodynamic and IFS Level 3) offering sessions for adults.
Perhaps you find yourself often 'stuck in my head' and overthinking. You might feel consistently low with depression or overwhelmed with anxiety - perhaps you're not even sure what it is and why you struggle but you know you need support - please feel you can get in touch, my practice can help.
I offer a very compassionate and dynamic therapeutic approach to help you process the unprocessed so you can unburden and deepen the relationship ultimately with yourself, with others and towards life.
I welcome all enquiries and offer open-ended therapy.
More about my Practice
In session we often focus on the existing issues you are facing. You are encouraged to talk about whatever is disturbing for you or upper most in your mind. I listen intently and seek to help the unique parts of you feel validated and understood. We identify emotional patterns and behaviours, inner conflicts and any 'blind spots' that are playing a role in the challenges you are facing.
How my Practice can help
My intention is to help you to empower yourself. Together we explore your experiences to gradually resolve how they affect you so you can function more freely and become more Self aware of your own resourcefulness.
Although at times it can feel painful and confronting to address the challenges which present to you, I will be emotionally engaged and available to support you.
When we pay attention to our 'inner' world and permit ourselves to witness our thoughts and feelings in all of their expression, to heal from the inside out, our 'outer' world can shift to reflect the changes we have made within. This can be a very powerful realisation and life-changing when we live this experience through our healing.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
