About me
Sometimes it can feel difficult to find a space where you feel accepted, safe and heard. Perhaps you have felt judged, dismissed or invalidated when you have tried to talk about what's on your mind. Perhaps you have worried that those around you have their own problems, so you've tried to carry your troubles on your own. Or perhaps you just feel you would rather talk to someone in a safe and confidential environment about the issues on your mind.
As a person-centred counsellor, I believe that the therapeutic relationship can provide a space for personal growth and emotional resolution. Whether tackling recent issues, or historical matters, I will provide you with an honest, empathic and accepting space to explore your experiences and understand what it means to be you.
I welcome clients from all backgrounds and endeavour to provide an LGBTQ+ inclusive space. I am a poly-friendly counsellor, having completed CPD in understanding Polyamory with Sussex Rainbow Counselling, and aim to provide a counselling service that embraces and appraises neurodivergence.
