About me
Taking the first step of contacting a therapist can feel daunting, as many of the most positive choices we make in life can be. Through my experience working with clients from a broad range of backgrounds, I am on hand to answer any questions you may have plus share the life changing impact therapy can have with a confidential and non judgemental approach.
I believe therapy is an important element for self-growth and awareness, helping the individual empower themselves to make the choices that move their life forward. Through our sessions, I hope to ease any uncomfortable feelings and aid you in living to your full potential.
Through my years of experience, I have had the privilege of helping my clients process and unpack issues around mental illness, family trauma, addiction, grief and relationships.
I’m a fully qualified Person Centred Counsellor and member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy who endeavours to create an open safe space to communicate with clients. I hope to work together at your pace with care and compassion.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).
Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.
Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.
All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

My fees are £50 per 50 min session for online or telephone.
I offer a free initial no obligation introductory phone call to assess your needs, if counselling with me is the right option for you and to explain how best we can work together. Please call or email me for a free 10-15 min phone call to discuss your needs, if unavailable please leave a voicemail with name, a number to call back on and best time to call back, I endeavour to respond to all communication within 48 hours.
