About me

***Urgent Update FEB 2024***
Apologies if there are people out there whom I haven’t responded too, I needed urgent surgery. I was unprepared for this and the recovery time.

Thank you for your understanding.

I am an Integrative Neurodivergent Counsellor. I specialise in Autism, Asperger's, ADHD, and PDA.

I have a lifetime of personal and professional experience as I belong to a neurodivergent family and was late diagnosed myself as an adult.

I started my professional counselling journey supporting carers at the Carers Centre. I completed my training at the NHS Adult Autism and Neurodisability Service, where I stayed for 4 years post qualification.

I am a founding director and counsellor at The Counselling and Therapy Hub (The-CATH) not-for-profit organisation.

I am genuine, empathic, and respectful and offer a safe space for you to be yourself.

I can use lots of coaching skills with ADHD and AuDHD counselling if required.

I can work creatively for people who process things visually.

I offer flexible appointments to suit you.
