About me

Hi, I’m Julie – a neurodivergent counsellor (I'm AuDHD) and founding director of The Counselling and Therapy Hub CIC. I specialise in ADHD, Autism (including PDA and previously termed Asperger’s) including late diagnosis, and undiagnosed neurodivergence.

I’m an accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society. I was diagnosed later in life and come from a neurodivergent family, so I understand what it’s like to feel like a square peg in a round hole or why some tasks felt impossible to me but not to others.

I work flexibly and adapt sessions to suit your pace, energy, and needs. I often use creative or visual approaches, and I can bring in practical tools, ADHD-friendly focus strategies, or calming techniques that don’t rely on sitting still and breathing.

How I Work
Free 20-minute consultation available.
Sessions can be weekly, fortnightly, monthly or flexible
Cost: £75 per 50-minute session
Shorter sessions (25 minutes) available at £40

Lower-cost sessions may be available with other neurodivergent therapists, please ask.

I’m fully insured, DBS-checked, access regular supervision, and follow the NCPS ethical code.

Any questions, please contact me.

....And don’t forget to check your junk folder if you're waiting for a response. Thanks
