About me
Taking the first step towards therapy can feel daunting and you don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin. Whether you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or just need a space to talk things through, I offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can be yourself.
I provide both face-to-face counselling and online sessions via Zoom or Microsoft Teams, so you can choose what feels most comfortable. Our work will move at your pace, focusing on what matters most to you and supporting you in finding clarity, confidence, and balance.
I have experience supporting people with anxiety, depression, low mood, ADHD, ASD, trauma, anger, work or study stress, and relationship difficulties. I’ve also worked with individuals who have experienced emotional, physical, or sexual abuse. Through my work in charities, I’ve supported people facing difficult life circumstances such as poverty, disability, and discrimination, which has shown me how important it is to help people feel empowered, heard, and back in control of their lives.
I also understand mental health struggles personally. Having faced my own challenges with anxiety, I bring empathy and understanding to every session. My journey into counselling led me to North Wales, where I completed an MSc in Counselling. During that time, I learned how connection and community can support growth. Activities like bouldering have helped me stay grounded, focused, and build confidence — small, achievable challenges that mirror the therapeutic process.
My Approach
There’s no single “right” way to do therapy. My approach is flexible and tailored around you. We’ll work together to find what helps you most, drawing from different therapeutic approaches in a way that feels natural and supportive. My aim is to create a space where you feel safe, listened to, and never judged.
Compassion is central to my work. I care deeply about helping people move through difficult moments, reconnect with their strengths, and make meaningful changes in their lives. Each session is tailored to your goals, rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.
I’m committed to ongoing learning and professional development, ensuring the support I offer is thoughtful, ethical, and up to date.
How I Can Help
Whether you’re struggling with your mental health, going through a life change, or simply want to understand yourself better, I’m here to support you. Together, we’ll explore what’s been holding you back and work towards a life that feels more manageable, fulfilling, and authentic.
Thank you for considering therapy. If you’re ready, I’d be glad to walk alongside you on your journey.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
