Having personally faced stress and anxiety, I bring unique insights to my role as a qualified and experienced psychotherapist. I am deeply committed to guiding and supporting you on your journey.
After a rewarding two years at Mind, where I worked with clients facing a wide range of issues, I established my private practice, JMTherapy. Here, I employ a personalised approach that combines psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, and EFT Tapping, as I firmly believe that a one size does not fit all.
