About me

Do you find yourself excessively worrying or constantly fearing the worst?

As a stress, anxiety and depression specialist, I can help calm your fears while boosting your self-confidence and support you in letting go of the need for control, freeing you from the trapped, isolating feelings that hold you back.

Together, we’ll focus on identifying and addressing the root causes of your anxieties, providing you with sustainable tools for lasting change.

Having personally faced stress and anxiety, I bring unique insights to my role as a qualified and experienced psychotherapist. I am deeply committed to guiding and supporting you on your journey.

After a rewarding two years at Mind, where I worked with clients facing a wide range of issues, I established my private practice, JMTherapy. Here, I employ a personalised approach that combines various therapeutic practices, including psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, and EFT Tapping, as I firmly believe that one size does not fit all.

For more details, feel free to browse my website or contact me directly to discuss how I can tailor therapy to meet your unique needs.
