About me
I am a dedicated therapist and coach specializing in empowering neurodiversity, providing health and nutrition guidance, and offering life coaching. With a fervent commitment to helping people break through stagnancy and self-limiting beliefs, I am here to support your journey towards personal growth and fulfillment. Leveraging my firsthand experience with neurodiversity and a robust educational background including an MSc in Psychology from the University of Edinburgh, coaching certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York, and additional counseling and psychotherapy diplomas, I approach mentoring, therapy, and coaching from a comprehensive perspective. My holistic approach supports clients to make sustainable changes to foster mental and physical wellbeing.
My therapeutic foundation is rooted in person-centred therapy (PCT), creating a safe and supportive space for exploration and self-discovery. I believe in your inherent capacity for healing and growth. When appropriate and desired, I also employ Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT).
With over a decade of experience as a performing artist, I bring a deep understanding of human emotion, vulnerability, and resilience. This unique perspective allows me to connect with clients, fostering trust and collaboration in our therapeutic journey.
I have over five years of experience as an Autism Specialist at the University of Edinburgh, where I offer 1:1 autism support, facilitate a weekly AS support group, and also develop & deliver AS awareness/inclusion training to other departments and schools.
I've been a facilitator & prep/integration coach with Psychedelic Health Professionals (PHP) in the Netherlands for five years and I teach a module on psychedelic facilitation for PHP’s sister organisation, PsyEdu.
As I'm also an Integrative Nutrition and Health Coach, I incorporate nutrition and health into my practice, as the links between diet, gut health, physical fitness, and mental wellbeing are inextricable.
My hope is that you can find the fullfillment and vitality that we all deserve.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
