About me
Hi, I am Practice Director, Psychotherapist & Clinical Supervisor at Rutland House Counselling and Psychotherapy Ltd (RHCP), a private therapy service based in the heart of Leicester city (Bowling Green Street). I offer private therapy myself, however RHCP hosts a team of Psychotherapists and Counsellors offering tailor-made therapy for Adults, Children, Families, Couples and Businesses in a comfortable and attractive practice and location . Being in the city centre the practice is easily accessible via all forms of transport and there is plenty of local parking. To see the practice website please visit our website.
WE OFFER REMOTE THERAPY OPTIONS SO YOU CAN ACCESS THERAPY FROM THE COMFORT OF YOUR OWN HOME, OR COME ALONG TO OUR PREMISES FOR FACE-TO-FACE CONSULTATIONS.
Our fees range per session depending on the service you require and which therapist you see.
I have provided some details about how I work, however if you are unsure which therapist is right for you, I'd be happy to help you choose from our list of qualified practitioners.
About Me
I am an experienced and compassionate Psychotherapist/Counsellor offering a confidential service. I am trained to offer short or long term psychological therapies, and will work closely with you to decide what you may need depending on your reasons for coming and your individual experiences.

How I work
I offer a space to be heard by someone other than a partner, family member, or friend; allowing thought and reflection to arise from a non-judgemental and supportive relationship. I draw upon my understanding of problems and issues to support my practice and to help you move forward. I am highly informed Dialectical Behavioural Therapy in addition to more traditional longer-term talking therapies.
I always work in the strictest confidence, in accordance with the BACP Ethical Framework for Good Practice and the UKCP Code of Ethics and do so with respect, compassion and empathy.
