Hello and welcome to Elbow Room Therapy, a psychodynamic counselling and psychotherapy service aimed at improving mental health, relationships and overall well being.
My name is Jackie and I provide a private, caring and confidential space where we can talk about the problems that you bring and think about ways to approach them. This could include current or new issues, ongoing problems, past difficulties or it may be that you just need extra support at the moment. I have a counselling room which is based in Buxton in the High Peak but also offer a Skype service and 'Campervan Counselling'. If you'd like to know more about the service you can visit my website and/or get in contact by phone or email.
