About me
I am an Integrative trained counselor & psychotherapist working in the Waveney Valley area and Norwich. I work with people who are having difficulties in a variety of areas of their lives including: Depression, Anxiety, Self Esteem, Relationships, Drugs & Alcohol, Confidence, and Work.
I aim to support individuals who are struggling with their emotions or life events; to work towards a solution and be able to enjoy life more.
I can offer a variety of appointment times and venues to meet the clients’ needs.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have worked for 10 years as a youth & Community worker, and as a school’s student support counsellor. For 3 years I worked as a counsellor for GT Yarmouth & Waveney Young People in Mind.
I have also worked as a drugs & Alcohol Support worker with adults and taught counseling and listening skills to adults as well as running my private counseling business.
My experiences enable me to work with young people 14 yrs+ and adults.
I attained my BSc hons degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy in 2013 with Matrix and have been working as a counsellor since then and have completed some couples training.
I also have a degree in art which I believes helps me support clients to both express themselves and find solutions creatively. I have been able to successfully offer video link sessions to clients that are not able to attend my counselling room in person.

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).
Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.
Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.
All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
