About me

I work face to face in Newmarket Suffolk, and online with individuals and couples, I am kink, poly/open relationship friendly. As well as working with cisgender and heterosexual people, I specialise in working with people who identify as LGBTQ+ and those who may be questioning their sexuality or gender identity.

Having experienced different approaches to counselling myself during my training I understand how important it is to find the right fit and working style that is the best for you. I trained as an Integrative counsellor covering Humanistic, Psychodynamic, and Jungian therapy; my approach also includes the use of creativity to help people who may find it difficult to find or voice their emotions. Using these theories I can tailor my approach to fit with what works best for you.

The relationship is very important between counsellor and client(s) and so in the initial session there is no obligation to return but if you feel like we have a good connection and would like to work together we would meet on a weekly basis and at a set time (if possible).
