About me

Many people tend to come to counselling when they are feeling at their most desperate for help. Are you feeling like anxiety, stress or depression is getting in the way of you living your life? Have you had a recent experience or a time in the past that's affecting how things are for you today? Do you feel as though you'd like to make changes but feel stuck in negative and destructive patterns of behaviour? Whatever it is that is troubling you, I can help. I am an experienced and fully qualified and accredited psychotherapeutic counsellor and clinical Hypnotherapist.

I specialise in helping others overcome anxiety, trauma, low self esteem, depression, stress, life changes, relationship issues, abuse, and anger issues. I offer a non - judgemental and confidential approach where you will quickly feel at ease and relaxed. I work in the centre of Cheltenham in a private practice, which offers a comfortable and confidential space.
