Offering a safe, welcoming and confidential space, I support people to find a way through the challenges they face - to recovery, greater wellbeing and a more enriching life. I have been working in the field of wellbeing and mental health for over 20 years, and have worked with many hundreds of people. Drawing on mindfulness and a range of therapeutic approaches, I work together with each person to find an approach that really suits who they are and their current life situation.
I wholeheartedly believe in the human capacities for resilience, self-healing and creativity. Life inevitably has its difficulties, and sooner or later we all get stuck. At times like these it can be very helpful to have an ally that we can turn to. If you feel that I could be helpful to you, I would be very happy for you to get in touch.
