I aim to provide a safe, welcoming, confidential space, and support people to find a way through whatever challenges they face - to greater wellbeing and a more enriching life.
I have been working in the field of wellbeing and mental health for over 20 years, and have worked with many hundreds of people. Using mindfulness and a range of therapeutic approaches, I work together with each person to find an approach that really suits who they are and their current life situation.
I specialise in anxiety, including generalised anxiety disorder, OCD, social anxiety, health anxiety and phobias.
I wholeheartedly believe in the human capacities for resilience, self-healing and creativity. Life inevitably has its difficulties, and sooner or later we all get stuck. At times like these it can be very helpful to have an ally that we can turn to. My aim is to be that kind of ally.
If you feel that I could be helpful to you, please get in touch.
