About me
You may be feeling overwhelmed, struggling to process your thoughts and emotions, with past experiences still holding you back from fully enjoying life. If that sounds familiar, please know you’re not alone — and reaching out for support is a brave and important step.
My name is Francesca, and I’m an integrative counsellor dedicated to supporting adults aged 18 and over through life’s everyday emotional challenges.
I offer a warm and compassionate space where you can openly share whatever you’re feeling. Together, we’ll explore your experiences at a pace that feels right for you, building a foundation of trust and safety.
I still remember how scary my own first step into counselling felt — nervous, unsure, wondering what it would be like. I see that same courage in every person who contacts me, and it’s powerful.
With over 6 years of experience, I offer a warm and accepting space where you can feel truly heard and supported as you explore whatever is on your mind.
I have experience supporting people with a wide range of difficulties, including:
- Anger and stress
- Anxiety
- Attachments and relationship patterns
- Burnout
- Depression
- Grief and loss
- Life changes and transitions
- Relationship problems
- Self-esteem and self-worth
I also have personal experiences of being a carer for someone with Alzheimer’s.
I’m a counsellor who draws on different approaches to find what works best for you. At the heart of my work is a deep respect for you and your experiences.
I aim to create a warm, supportive space where we work together. I offer a safe, private space with no judgment. You set the pace and decide what we talk about — there’s no pressure and no expectations.
How I work with you
Counselling is more than just a conversation—it’s a journey toward understanding yourself and creating a fulfilling life. Here’s what you can expect when we work together:

Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society This Not For Profit association of counsellors and psychotherapists aim to support the counselling profession, members and training organisations. In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

“Our grief is as individual as our lives.”

I am a bereavement, grief and loss informed counsellor.
Grief is often associated with the loss of a loved one, whereas grief can apply to every area of our lives. Anything from losing a precious item to a beloved pet.
I have experienced grief and loss myself and understand these effect everyone in different ways. I understand there is no right or wrong way to process a loss and I offer a space to explore yours with you.

Session Options and Fees
Therapy, built around you 🌿
A flexible space, designed for you. 🌿
Life moves at different speeds. Some weeks you might feel completely overwhelmed and need extra time to unpack everything. Other weeks, you might just need a quick, focused check-in to keep you grounded.
That’s why I’m doing things a bit differently at my practice. Alongside my standard sessions, I am now offering flexible session options so you can choose the exact support you need week-to-week.
🌿30 mins (£35) – The grounding check-in
Gentle check-in & in-the-moment support.
A gentle session designed for maintenance, reinforcing tools, and staying connected. Ideal when life feels busy, but you still want support, or as a helpful addition to your regular sessions.
🌿40 mins (£45) – The focused reset
Warm & focused steady support.
A structured yet flexible session that bridges a quick check-in and deeper therapeutic work. It stays centred on your current needs while respecting your time and energy outside of the session.
🌿50 mins (£55) – The steady exploration
A steady rhythm for meaningful exploration.
Our classic therapeutic session. This comfortable, steady-paced session provides a comfortable rhythm for meaningful exploration and ongoing therapeutic work together.
🌿75 mins (£75) – The spacious deep dive
Deeper, more spacious session.
This extended session offers generous time and breathing room to gently and safely explore deeper emotions, patterns, and life experiences.
How it works
Once we’ve had our free initial call, we begin with a standard 50-minute first session. This gives us both time to get to know each other, understand your needs, and create a safe, collaborative way forward.
After this first session, the choice is yours. You can keep a consistent session length or flexibly mix and match different durations, depending on your schedule, energy levels, and what feels right for you week to week.
Where we can meet
I offer both face-to-face and online sessions:
- Face-to-face in East Horsley, Surrey – convenient for Leatherhead, Guildford, Bookham, Cobham, Ashtead, Fetcham, Effingham, West Horsley, Walton on the Hill, and surrounding areas.
- Online and telephone counselling available throughout the UK.
Ready to take the next step
Start with a free 30-minute phone or video call to share your story, ask questions, and see if we’re a good fit. It’s a completely pressure-free space to talk about what’s on your mind and see how we can work together.
