About me

I understand first hand that life can be tough, as we all face different challenges and experiences. Reaching out for support can be difficult but taking that step can lead to positive changes.

The therapy I offer seeks to give you the opportunity to be listened to in an impartial, non-judgemental, safe space. We can work through your concerns at a pace you feel comfortable with and endeavour to achieve clarity and a better understanding of self.

I offer face to face or online sessions, depending on what suits you best.

Get in touch for a free initial telephone consultation so that we can discuss what you would like to achieve out of counselling and how I can support you.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a qualified integrative counsellor, which means I draw from a variety of counselling theories and approaches to best suit you. This means I tailor make the sessions according to your needs.  I offer a warm and empathic approach in a confidential and comfortable counselling environment.  I have experience of working with neurotypical and neurodiverse adults and CYP (Children and young people) on a range of issues including anxiety, depression, self esteem and past experiences that are impacting every day life.

If you are feeling stuck, experiencing reoccurring emotions and difficulties, I would like to help you through a process of self awareness and change.  Your counselling journey can help you find the strength you require to create the changes you need to move forward to achieve a happier and fulfilling life.

No matter what your situation, remember you are not alone.  Reach out for support.
