About me
I understand first hand that life can be tough, as we all face different challenges and experiences. Reaching out for support can be daunting but taking that step can lead to positive changes.
As your therapist, you will be listened to in an impartial, non-judgemental, safe space. We can work through your concerns together at a pace you feel comfortable with and endeavour to achieve clarity and a better understanding of self. I will support you in every step of your counselling journey.
I offer face to face or online sessions, depending on what suits you best.

Training, qualifications & experience
I am a qualified integrative counsellor, which means I draw from a variety of counselling theories and interventions to best suit you. This means I tailor make the sessions according to your needs. I offer a warm and empathic approach in a confidential and comfortable counselling environment. I have experience of working with adults and CYP (Children and young people) on a range of issues including anxiety, low mood, depression, low self confidence, low self esteem, relationship issues and bereavement.
If you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, experiencing reoccurring thoughts and feelings that impacting the functioning of your every life and interactions or tired of overthinking, I would like to help you through a process of self awareness and change. Your counselling journey can help you find the strength you require to create the changes you need to move forward to achieve a happier and fulfilling life.

In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

I offer a free initial telephone consultation.
Each counselling session lasts for 50 minutes and will typically take place on a weekly basis.
I also have some slots available at a concessionary rate of £40 for students, key workers and those on low income. These spaces are limited and in demand, so I have a waiting list system in place.
