About me
I am an affordable, Pluralistic Counsellor. I believe everyone is unique, people learn and communicate in different ways. Therefore, I will adapt the style of counselling to suit your needs. Whether there is a specific issue you need to work through, feeling overwhelmed, struggling with life or simply just need an empathetic person to listen; then I can help. I will provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space for you to be yourself.
My aim is to help you develop skills which can be used outside of the counselling session, this can also be beneficial to deal with any future problems you may face.
I believe the key to a positive and successful counselling journey, is the relationship between the client and counsellor. I will ensure to establish a relationship based on trust and respect. I offer a welcoming and relaxing environment. I have a very strong communication style, helping people who may struggle to engage.

I am a qualified counsellor and have a wealth of life experience behind me. I can be described as down to earth, approachable, and easy to talk to.
