I support and welcome enquiries from LGB individuals along with trans-identifying and gender non-conforming people. I also welcome enquiries from those choosing to de-transition. My personal spirituality is a blend of Christianity, Buddhism and New Age philosophies and practices; I welcome enquiries from those of any faith or none. I am a fat-positive therapist which means I celebrate and respect body diversity and promote health at every size (HAES) principles which emphasise health-promoting behaviours and wellbeing over weight loss. Neurodivergency affirming. Vegan friendly. Committed to ensuring an inclusive and respectful therapeutic environment for all.
