About me

Are you a parent who feels overwhelmed, anxious and that you’re not doing anything right? Maybe you’re feeling exhausted, down or confused and concerned about your emotional wellbeing and ability to cope? I specialise in empowering parents to overcome anxiety and regain control of their lives. I have dedicated my career to helping parents navigate the complex emotional landscape of parenthood. My evidence-based techniques and tailored interventions are designed to equip you with the tools you need to manage anxiety effectively. Above all, I work alongside you with warmth and compassion.

I understand that making the decision to have therapy is huge and that each person is unique with their own set of challenges and needs. I provide a safe, non-judgemental space where you can express yourself freely. Together, we can work towards solutions that align with your values and improve your wellbeing. Parenthood is a huge transition and emotional rollercoaster. Therapy can empower you to regain control over your life and enjoy it more.

I help parents take charge of their thoughts, emotions and decisions. Through counselling, you can develop resilience and confidence to face life’s challenges. My approach is holistic, addressing not just the symptoms but the root cause of anxiety and low mood. I’m here to support you every step of the way.

Further information

I use a holistic approach to therapy that combines CBT, mindfulness and compassion for personalised support. Through therapy, we’ll discuss your concerns and how thoughts impact your emotions. Throughout treatment, you’ll gain tools to challenge these thoughts and beliefs, developing emotional improvement and personal growth for now and in the future.

I offer a free 30 minute phone or video consultation which gives you the opportunity to ask any questions/raise any concerns you may have and for me to gather information regarding your current situation.

This consultation is also an opportunity for you to see if I'm the right therapist for you. It's essential to feel comfortable and connected with your therapist, so we'll use this time to see if we're a good fit for working together.

This is a no-pressure conversation to help us make the best decisions for your well-being. If you are happy to go ahead with the sessions, we can discuss days and times (either online or in-person) that suit you.
