About me

I am a qualified integrative therapist with a person-centred ethos, offering a grounded, warm and down-to-earth approach. My role is to create a safe, non-judgemental space for you to explore and navigate the difficulties you might be experiencing in a way that makes you feel heard, valued and understood.

Wherever you’re at, that is where I will meet you. We will go at your pace, and collaborate in finding the best way forward for you to make sense of your experience and find authenticity, acceptance, awareness and confidence.

I can offer a range of perspectives, tools and techniques to support you with things like:

Managing anxiety, panic attacks, stress; depression and feeling sad; coping with life changes, transitions and loss; relationship issues; feeling like you’re lost, messy, numb, overwhelmed, in pain; exploring neurodiversity; self-discovery and development; creating a more sustainable and balanced life.

I also have a particular interest in burnout for millennials, creatives and caring professionals. I am also currently undertaking specialised training in ADHD.

The process of counselling can feel hard but is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself.

Feel free to send me an email. I offer a free 30 minute telephone consultation for you to ask any questions you may have. I will ask a little about you and what brings you to counselling, and we can explore if we are a good fit to work together. We can then look to book in a weekly slot at the same time each week.

I offer short-term and open ended therapy, and regularly review with you how we feel it's going. Currently, I am working online via Google Meet.

Training, qualifications & experience

  • FdA in Counselling, Distinction (University of Plymouth)
  • Level 3 Certificate in Counselling (City of Bristol College)
  • Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills (City of Bristol College)

My training was accredited by the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society and involved a combination of theoretical education and practical skills alongside mandatory personal therapy, reflective and creative processes and client work on placement.

I have also worked with local charities on their helplines supporting women with their mental health and victims of domestic violence.
