I am a fully qualified, COSCA accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. I work with adults of all ages, adolescents and couples.
I have worked as a trainer and Life Coach in personal development for 20 years. I became interested in counselling about 10 years ago and I then studied with the Glasgow Cognitive Therapy Centre where I gained my Diploma in CBT. I have a particular interest in trauma work but deal with many other issues such as low mood, anxiety, stress, panic, social anxiety and low self-worth.
I am now working in private practice where I see people from all walks of life.
I am also a tutor on the Diploma in CBT course at Glasgow Cognitive Therapy Centre.

Meeting you, Edith was the first step in getting some of my confidence back. I am now getting on well at college and enjoying everything about it.
I really appreciate all your help and I learned a lot from our meetings.
My CBT has made such a difference in my life and I've been very lucky to have your help.
