About me
Struggling with anger, anxiety, or challenging behaviours can feel isolating—it can make us push away the people we care about, unable to build healthy relationships, and engage in life in a way that is at our highest potential. I lead a multidisciplinary therapy team supporting some of the most high-need youth excluded from mainstream education. As an anger specialist, I bring a deep understanding of the emotional, interpersonal, and systemic challenges that shape behaviour. In my private practice, I help clients navigate these struggles, having helped many transform their lives and develop healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
If you got this far, you recognise the need to make a change in your life and want to show up differently to the people you care about but most importantly, to yourself. We can’t get rid of anger, it is part of our humanity, but I can help you get to the root cause of your anger.
I am anger management specialist and registered art psychotherapist. I nurture your ability to grow your own internal resources so that you can navigate life's challenges with greater awareness, self-esteem, and resilience.
If you would like to find out more, please get in touch by email or phone. I offer a free initial 20min discovery session where we can explore your needs and think about how to support you.

Diyala is one of the few anger management specialists serving both the UK and MENA region.
Her dedication spans across demographics, working with children, teenagers, and adults from diverse cultural backgrounds. Diyala ran art therapy groups in various settings, including a juvenile detention centre, orphanage, and humanitarian relief organisation aiding refugee women and their children. She has also provided individual art therapy in schools, particularly for adopted youth.
In her current role, Diyala focuses on supporting vulnerable young people and their families, offering interventions for those who have faced adverse childhood experiences, socio-economic challenges, school exclusions, and residential placement breakdowns. Specialising in anger management, Diyala is adept at handling individuals with complex emotional, social, and mental health needs, including those with challenging and aggressive behaviour, as well as the institutions caring for them.
Diyala has led numerous anger management programmes and staff training sessions. With a background in art, illustration, and graphic design, she infuses her courses with creativity, making them well communicated, aesthetically captivating, and engaging; setting them apart as truly unique in the field.
