Further information

I've found that most people who come to see me are struggling with some form of anxiety or stress, low self worth and/or depression (which they quite often don't recognise until we complete an inventory!) Worrying about what people think about them, anxious about social events, stressed at work, struggling to juggle everything and taking it out on family members, angry at the injustice of it all, feeling worthless and a lack of hope and teary. These are just some of the things that are creating problems in their lives until they come to see me and we create a shift by developing a rational, helpful mindset!

With a strong desire to change and in need of some support, we work together using the latest CBT techniques to create the changes that you wish to make.

I will empower you and train you to become your own therapist so you won't need me anymore. We finish the therapy when you are thinking and behaving in a calm, rational way. You feel happier and stronger. I realise how difficult it is to take the first step as I've been there!

As an empathetic person by nature, I believe I come across as warm, friendly, compassionate and non judgemental. I find clients open up to me very quickly as they trust I have their best interests at heart.
