About me

Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, depression, or low self-worth? You’re not alone, and I’m here to help. As a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (Psychotherapist/Counsellor), I use proven techniques like CBT, Compassion Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness to help you manage overwhelming emotions, break negative patterns, and regain control of your life.

Together, we’ll create a plan tailored to your unique needs, ensuring the support you receive is personal and effective. We’ll focus on building your confidence, emotional resilience, and clarity, so you can move forward with a sense of purpose.

My goal is to empower you and train you to become your own therapist, so you won’t need me anymore. Therapy ends when you’re thinking and behaving in a calm, rational way—and feeling happier and stronger.

I understand how hard it can be to take the first step because I’ve been there myself. My approach is compassionate, structured and goal-oriented, helping you overcome life’s challenges and create lasting change.

With nearly 10 years of experience supporting individuals facing similar struggles, I’m confident that together we can find a path that works for you. Take the first step today—I’m here to help you.

What Happens During the First Session and Beyond?

When you come to see me, you’ll likely have a strong desire to change and need professional support to make it happen. Using the latest CBT techniques, we’ll work together to create the changes you want to see in your life.  I will be helping you to navigate any obstacles along the way.

In the first session, you’ll have the chance to offload and share what’s on your mind. If you’re comfortable, I’ll take notes as we go. I’ll also explain more about how I work so you can decide whether to continue—there’s no pressure.

As someone naturally empathetic, I strive to create a warm, friendly, compassionate and non-judgmental environment. Clients often tell me they feel at ease and trust that I have their best interests at heart. This trust allows us to connect quickly and work effectively on the challenges they’re facing.

Please do contact me for a free 15 minute consultation or please contact me by message and i'll come back to you as soon as I can. I would love to hear from you :)
