About me
Are you struggling with anxiety, stress, emotional overwhelm, depression or low self-worth? You are not alone and support is available.
As an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (Psychotherapist/Counsellor), I offer compassionate, evidence-based therapy using CBT, REBT (Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy), Compassion Focused Therapy and mindfulness approaches to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions and patterns of behaviour.
Together, we will create a tailored approach that supports your individual needs, helping you build emotional resilience, confidence and greater self-awareness. My aim is to help you develop practical tools and coping strategies so that over time you feel calmer, stronger and more able to navigate life’s challenges independently.
I provide a warm, supportive and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, understood and empowered to create meaningful and lasting change.
I understand how difficult it can feel to take the first step because I have experienced challenges myself. My approach is compassionate, structured and collaborative, supporting you at a pace that feels right for you.
Alongside CBT, I also integrate mindfulness, compassion-focused approaches and nervous system awareness techniques to support emotional wellbeing and stress regulation.
With over 11 years of experience supporting people with anxiety, stress, low self-esteem and emotional difficulties, I offer face to face sessions in Modbury, Plympton/Plymouth and online across the UK.

What Happens During the First Session and Beyond?
When you come to see me, you’ll likely have a strong desire to change and need professional support to make it happen. Using the latest CBT techniques, we’ll work together to create the changes you want to see in your life. I will be helping you to navigate any obstacles along the way.
In the first session, you’ll have the chance to offload and share what’s on your mind. If you’re comfortable, I’ll take notes as we go. I’ll also explain more about how I work so you can decide whether to continue (there’s no pressure!)
As someone naturally empathetic, I strive to create a warm, friendly, compassionate and non-judgmental environment. Clients often tell me they feel at ease and trust that I have their best interests at heart. This trust allows us to connect quickly and work effectively on the challenges they’re facing.
Please do contact me for a free 15 minute consultation or please contact me by message and i'll come back to you as soon as I can. I would love to hear from you :)
